Licensing |
The
software is provided on a licence
to use basis for each individual
BMS site. The software must not
be altered in any way to allow
it to be used on any other site.
Purchasing a site licence entitles
the purchaser to install and use
the software on up to five computers.
The cost of the software is dependent
upon the number of individual
text and graphics screens supported,
and the time required to set up
the various screens.
The levels of licence are as
follows:- |

1 - up to six text and
graphics screens (combined total)
plus four user customisable text
screens. |

Level
2 - up to ten text and
graphics screens (combined total)
plus five user customisable text
screens. |
There is no set limit to the
number of screens that can be
provided; systems with over thirty
different screens are in use at
present. Pricing for larger systems
will be provided on request.
Note that the graphics screens
and the points lists are able
to be modified by the user. All
that is fixed is the menu system
that provides access to the screens.

Note:
All prices are quoted in NZ$ (New
Zealand Goods & Services Tax
(GST)) is to be added to all prices
where applicable. Pricing is subject
to change without notice.

If bitmaps are required to be
used with text screens, additional
costs will apply to set these up.
(These can be provided by the user
as required, and are automatically
accessible if an appropriately named
bitmap is located in the same directory
as the executable file.) |

Graphics screens pricing is approximate
only - actual cost will depend on
whether or not a suitable drawing
is supplied (Autocad 2002 DWG file
required), and the complexity of
the drawing. |

For a level 1 system with six
text screens the total cost is $1,500
+ $900 = $2,400 + GST. |

Modem access to sites is preferable,
allowing testing of the software
prior to purchase. All toll costs
incurred are chargeable and are
additional to the costs quoted above. |
